Group Home Listing Marketplace ("Group Home Listing", "we", "us", "our") operates the website at grouphomelisting.com and the associated mobile applications (the "Platform"), an online marketplace connecting families with licensed residential care operators. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, email, phone, password, role (family, operator, admin), and profile details.
• Search and inquiry information: location, ZIP code, radius, care type selections, service selections, move-in dates, tour requests, messages, favorites, and reservations.
• Operator listing information: business name, license status, photos, videos, pricing ranges, intake questions, amenities, staffing, and payer types.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive limited metadata such as last-four digits, brand, and status, but we do not store full card numbers or bank credentials.
• Job applications: contact details, resume, cover letter, and information you submit through the careers page.
• Communications: messages and attachments sent through the Platform, and email correspondence with our team.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Your Privacy Choices page).
• Sensitive health-related information: some inquiries reveal information about a loved one's care needs (for example, IDD, memory care, or behavioral health). We treat this information as sensitive and limit access accordingly. The Platform is not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA unless separately agreed in writing with an Operator.

• Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Platform.
• Match families with Operators, deliver messages, process reservations and tour requests, and enable payments via Stripe.
• Verify Operator identity and license status and investigate trust and safety complaints.
• Send transactional emails (account, security, reservations, tours, messages, receipts) and, with your consent, marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, and protect rights, property, and safety.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

• With Operators, when you send a message, request a tour, or reserve a bed at their home, we share the information needed to respond to your inquiry.
• With service providers that host, secure, or operate the Platform on our behalf, including our cloud and database provider, email provider, analytics provider, and Stripe for payment processing.
• For legal reasons, to comply with law, lawful requests, court orders, or to enforce our terms and protect rights and safety.
• In a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to reasonable confidentiality protections.
• We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We keep account and inquiry data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Financial records are retained as required by tax and accounting rules. You may request deletion as described below.

We use administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect your information, including row-level access controls, encryption in transit, secure storage of uploads, and Stripe for payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on where you live (including under the CCPA/CPRA, other US state privacy laws, and the GDPR/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict certain personal information, to opt out of certain sharing, and to appeal a denial. We will verify your request before responding.

The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Some listings serve youth residential programs; those inquiries are made by an authorized adult (parent, guardian, case manager, or agency).

The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the US, you understand that your information will be processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date and, where required, communicated to you.
