About the role

You will work across the stack on the marketplace, messaging, and operator tooling. We are a small team, so you should be as comfortable in a Postgres RLS policy as you are in a React component. Expect to own features end to end: design, build, ship, measure.

What you will do

  • Design and ship features across React, TypeScript, TanStack, and Supabase Postgres.
  • Own database design, RLS policies, and server-function boundaries.
  • Improve reliability, observability, and performance of the marketplace.
  • Review code, mentor teammates, and raise the engineering bar.

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years shipping production React/TypeScript applications.
  • Strong Postgres skills, including RLS and query performance.
  • Comfortable owning features end-to-end without a PM shadowing you.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Prior work on marketplaces, healthcare, or messaging products.
  • Experience with TanStack Start, Cloudflare Workers, or React Email.
